How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Nefes. To cancel:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find Nefes and tap Cancel Subscription
If you started a free trial, cancelling at least 24 hours before it ends prevents any charge.
I bought Premium but it's not showing up
Open Nefes → Settings → About → Restore Purchases. This re-syncs with Apple's servers. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
The app is in the wrong language
Open Nefes → Settings → App Language. Choose from Türkçe, English, Français, Deutsch, Español, Italiano, or Português. Picking “System default” follows your device's language.
I can't hear the ambient sounds
Check that:
- Your iPhone is not in silent mode (flip the side switch)
- Inside Nefes: Settings → Sound is on
- Before starting a session, you picked a sound other than “Silence”
- The volume is up — Nefes mixes with other audio, so it doesn't override system volume
Daily reminders aren't arriving
Check iOS notification permission: Settings → Notifications → Nefes — make sure “Allow Notifications” is on. Inside Nefes, Settings → Daily reminder should also be enabled with a time set.
Where is my session history stored?
Only on your device. Nefes does not sync to iCloud or any server. If you reinstall the app or get a new phone, the history won't carry over. This is intentional — see our Privacy Policy.
Refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Use reportaproblem.apple.com and select your Nefes purchase.
