What Nefes does
Nefes guides you through breathing exercises and short meditation sessions. It is a self-help tool — not a medical device, not a substitute for professional care.
Health disclaimer
Nefes is not medical advice. Don't use the app to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you have a respiratory or cardiovascular condition, pregnancy concerns, or any reason to be cautious with breath-holding, consult your doctor before using the app. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or uncomfortable.
Subscription terms
Nefes Premium is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple's App Store. Two plans are available:
- Monthly — billed every month
- Yearly — billed every year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings — see our Support page for steps.
Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
What you can and can't do
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Decompile or reverse-engineer the app
- Redistribute the app or its assets
- Use the app in ways that violate applicable law
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Substantive changes will be reflected with a new “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
